Melissa Mape, formerly in-house counsel for Adsensa, has been named General Counsel for Exari. Both appointments are effective immediately.
"Both Laurie and Melissa are talented executives who bring great credibility to our market," said Hewitt. "As Exari grows and expands, we need to continue to build our world-class management team with solid, experienced and smart executives. Laurie and Melissa fit the bill and will be great additions to our management team."

It's an exciting time to be joining Exari."
"Exari has proven their capabilities in the market and now we have an undisputed lead in the contract management space," noted Mape. "The Exari team complements the Adsensa team nicely, and I'm very pleased to have been appointed General Counsel."
