Executive Services Firm Hardesty, LLC Adds Southern California Partners

IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- National executive services firm Hardesty, LLC today announced the addition of three new partners to the company's growing talent base of CFOs.

All three partners served as CFOs of privately owned and publicly traded middle market companies and will focus on providing flexible financial management solutions for Hardesty's clients, whether to fill an interim or permanent employee role, lead a special project or help other partners fill C-level executive positions.

New Hardesty, LLC partners are:

Van Holland, based in Orange County, Calif., has more than 30 years in the technology industry, serving as CFO for publicly traded companies, private equity and venture capital firms.  Holland's experience focuses mostly on growth initiatives such as acquisitions, new product introductions and geographic expansions.  Most recently, Holland served as CFO at venture-backed Luxtera, a semiconductor start-up specializing in emerging silicon photonics technologies.

Howard Schwartz, based in Los Angeles, Calif., has served as CFO at various companies throughout his career, including Brighton Collectibles, a $350 million privately owned manufacturer and retailer of personal and home accessories; Roger Dunn, Inc., one of the largest golf retail chains in the U.S.; and Bari Management Inc., one of the largest Burger King franchise operators in the U.S. 

Ernie Thomas, based in Los Angeles, Calif., has deep entertainment industry experience and recently worked with Creative Artists Agency co-founder Michael Ovitz to launch several companies.  Thomas also served as CFO at various entertainment companies, focusing on television production, feature film production and talent management.
