Company Expects quotation on OTC BB within Approximately 30 Days

WABASH, Ind., April 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Explore Anywhere Holding Corp. (Pink Sheets: EAHC) (the "Company"), a longtime presence in the computer monitoring market, specializing in offering computer monitoring solutions for parents, corporations, and educational facilities, today announced that FINRA has approved a change in its ticker symbol. Effective Monday, April 11, 2011, the Company will trade under the symbol "EAHC".

"This change completes the rebranding efforts related to our reverse merger, and provides us with a ticker symbol more closely tied to our corporate branding," commented Bryan Hammond, Founder, President and Chairman of the Board of Explore Anywhere Holding Corp.

In addition, the Company is working with a brokerage firm to complete the necessary documentation for quotation on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board. The 15c2-11 form, required by FINRA, is in the process of being completed. Management expects quotation on the OTC/BB within approximately 30 days.
