Eyemart Express has consistently worked to advance women in optical industry and is proud of the many women leaders in their home office. In the 30 years since the company's founding, several women have moved up the ranks including Teresa Mason, VP of Product Merchandising, and Elaine Booth, Regional Vice President of Operations, two women who started their optical careers working in Eyemart Express retail stores and are now valued members of the leadership team.
