Facebook and Oculus Manager Joe Wagner Joins NYC-Based Agency Sociality Squared as VP, Growth
NEW YORK, Oct. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Agency folks often move client-side. But when a client leaves one of the world's biggest and best known brands to take a leadership role with his former social media agency, you know the firm is doing something right.
Today, Joe Wagner, formerly of Facebook and Oculus, joins Sociality Squared (S2) as Vice President of Growth. Wagner's role includes devising strategies to expand S2's portfolio and footprint in the social media agency landscape and overseeing client relationships.

Prior to joining S2 as its VP of Growth, Wagner helped the world's top brands build, grow, and learn more about the people who make up their audiences in the partnerships division at Facebook and its virtual reality subsidiary Oculus. Before that, he led mobile gaming giant Supercell's community team and built out its engagement marketing capabilities.
From 2010-2013, Wagner served as Director of Player Relationships for DeNA, another mobile gaming leader, where he was responsible for customer service, community management, and digital marketing. He has nearly a decade of marketing experience spanning from the early days of the browser wars to the recent rebirth of VR.
