Fairway Home Mortgage Promotes Caleb Ondrusek to Oversee Relationship With OpenAI and the Launch of Proprietary AI Platform

MADISON, Wis., Sept. 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Fairway Home Mortgage is entering into a strategic partnership with OpenAI, the company that created ChatGPT, to leverage cutting-edge capabilities in natural language processing, intelligent automation, and data-driven insights. The tools are intended to enable Fairway to innovate more quickly, operate more efficiently, and continue moving at the speed Fairway is known for.

He will be tasked with setting Fairway's AI vision, strategy and priorities in collaboration with LOs and managers on the Street.
