Fashion TV Listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

VIENNA, Austria and FRANKFURT, Germany, April 30, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- The global fashion and lifestyle channel Fashion TV, founded by Michel Adam Lisowski, was listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 30th April 2010 and now offers an interesting opportunity for qualified investors.

On behalf of owner Michel Adam Lisowski, CEO Yaron Jakubowicz therefore restructured the business in order to prepare it for a stock market listing.
