Federal Court Appoints Troy A. Rafferty of Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa to Plaintiffs' Executive Committee in National Depo-Provera Litigation

PENSACOLA, Fla., March 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Honorable M. Casey Rodgers and Magistrate Judge Hope T. Cannon of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, Pensacola Division, issued a Pre-Trial Order (Case No. 3:25-md-3140) regarding Plaintiff and Defense leadership appointments in the Depo-Provera (Depot Medroxyprogesterone Acetate) products liability litigation.

As part of this order, Troy A. Rafferty, a Shareholder of Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, has been appointed to the Plaintiffs' Leadership Council as a member of the Plaintiffs' Executive Committee. In this role, Rafferty will work with a select group of notable litigators from around the country to help coordinate and oversee the activities of Plaintiffs' counsel throughout the pretrial proceedings.
