RIVERSIDE, Calif., Feb. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Fenceworks, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital and a leading fencing installer and distributor, announced today its acquisition of Kansas Fencing, Inc. ("Kansas Fencing"). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Topeka, Kansas, Kansas Fencing has built a reputation as a premier commercial fencing installer and rental fence provider across northeastern Kansas. The company brings deep expertise in installing a diverse range of commercial fencing solutions.
