Former Reddit and Meta engineering leader to drive product excellence and deliver unmatched value for Fetch users and partners

Schnaps brings over two decades of experience building and scaling world-class products at leading tech companies, including Meta and Reddit, along with entrepreneurial leadership as Co-Founder and CTO of Thrive.

Schnaps joins Fetch at a pivotal time for the business, when speed and execution are critical to winning the market. In his new role, he will spearhead Fetch's technology strategy, ensuring the company continues to deliver high-quality products with precision and impact. His expertise in applying artificial intelligence (AI) will help create more personalized, relevant and rewarding experiences that deepen engagement for both users and partners.

Schnaps most recently served as Head of Core Product Engineering at Reddit, leading teams across the user journey to sharpen execution, drive international expansion and launch AI-powered features like Reddit Answers and machine translation. Before that, he held key roles at Meta, where he upleveled the Facebook and Instagram product experience through cross-functional collaboration, chiefly launching Shops and advancing cross-platform ad capabilities. Earlier, he co-founded Thrive, a personal finance startup acquired in 2016.
