Fibre Channel Industry Association Elects 2014/15 Board of Directors

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Fibre Channel Industry Association (FCIA), a non-profit international organization of manufacturers, systems integrators and vendors, today announced it has elected a Board of Directors to serve its membership for the 2014-2015 term.

The FCIA organization consists of 23 global member companies, all of which are leaders in the Fibre Channel industry and continue to provide thought leadership, education and guidance to the growing storage networking market

• A "Trusted Foundation" initiative with an online Knowledge Vault to raise awareness to current and potential users of storage networking about why Fibre Channel has become so predominant, amid a sea of other storage networking protocols
