FilmOn.com Enters Multi-Year Strategic Partnership With FTTH Communications

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 13, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- FilmOn.com Inc., (www.FilmOn.com) the first Internet-based, high-definition television service in the U.S., today announced that it entered into a strategic partnership with the cable provider FTTH Communications, the next-generation communications provider of phone, cable and Internet all over a fiber network, and an EveresTV company.  

Through the multi-year partnership.  FTTH will provide its existing subscriber base of more than 1,200 homes in the Tri-State area and Minnesota, with the ability to watch the cable network channels through mobile devices or over the Web via FilmOn's exclusive platform.  FTTH will provide FilmOn with a percentage fee of FTTH's incrementally tiered pricing for the ability to access content over the Internet or on mobile devices.
