RESTON, Va., Aug. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cyveillance, a global leader in cyber intelligence solutions, today announced the appointment of Steve Mestraud as Vice President of Finance and Accounting. Mestraud previously served as Director of Financial Advisory Services at Solomon Edwards Group, and has supported QinetiQ's US operations for the last 20 months in that capacity. Prior to that Mestraud was Controller of financial operations at EADS (now Airbus) North America, and moved to the US in 1997 while working for British Telecom/Concert Communications as a senior finance leader.

A US citizen, Mestraud was born and educated in the UK, studying Accounting at Kingston University and gaining his FCA from the UK Institute of Chartered Accountants while working in London with Grant Thornton and, subsequently, with Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
