RICHMOND, Va., Oct.18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- After only three years in business, Oyster Consulting is opening a Chicago office led by Mike Nolan and Pat Blackburn. As former leaders at Terra Nova, The Chicago Corporation and Merrill Lynch, both professionals will enhance Oyster's breadth of financial consulting services.
