Financial Services Professional Jeannie Marmol Launches Millionaire Latina to Redefine Wealth for Women
MIAMI, Sept. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Miami-based financial services professional and first-generation wealth builder Jeannie Marmol presents a new way to look at money with the launch of her new book "Millionaire Latina: 5 Pillars to Redefine Wealth."
Redefining this strategy, according to Marmol, is not about cutting out the tempting daily lattes from the local coffee shop or hustling harder to earn extra income but seeing what is truly possible in a financial sense on one's terms.
"Too many Latinas are working hard, succeeding on paper, and still feeling financially stuck or unseen," she wrote in her book. "We've been told that wealth looks a certain way. That millionaires are born into privilege. That money is a taboo topic. It's time to rewrite that story."
Statistics illustrate some of the successes and challenges that face Latinas. The nonprofit Latino Donor Collaborative gives a statistic from its 2025 Latino Donor Collective 2025 U.S. Latinas Overview saying that Latina-owned businesses are growing at a 6.3% compound annual growth rate, surpassing the 3.9% growth of White female-owned businesses.
Despite being the fastest-growing segment of entrepreneurs in the United States, Latinas working full-time, year-round earn only 58 cents for every dollar earned by White, non-Hispanic men, according to Equal Pay Today, a nonprofit organization focused on closing the gender and racial wage gap, promoting payroll transparency, and helping businesses implement equitable pay structures.
Marmol takes readers on her life journey growing up in New York's El Barrio, known as the Spanish Harlem neighborhood, to her experiences in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship and financial empowerment in her career. Interwoven throughout her story are the challenges she faced, especially living during the COVID-19 pandemic, the loss of beloved family members and the move from New York to Florida.
It is from these experiences that she created the 5 Pillars which she describes as "a framework that guides you from surviving to thriving with purpose, power, and clarity."
Those pillars are:
- Mastering the Basics
- Making Money
- Protecting What You Build
- Executing Your Plan
- Leaving a Legacy
Surrounding those pillars are tools such as worksheets, journal prompts, reflection questions, Marmol's personal stories and "Millionaire Moves," which are simple action steps to help people move forward with their plans.
"This book is more than just words on paper—it's a movement. I wrote it for every woman who has ever felt overlooked, underestimated, or unsure of her power," she said. "As a Latina, a mother, and an entrepreneur, I know what it means to rebuild, to rise, and to dream bigger than your circumstances. My passion is helping women step into their financial power and create lives of purpose, freedom, and abundance. Through this book, I want to remind every woman that she is capable, worthy, and unstoppable—and that her next level is always within reach."
