FinancialHope Counseling and Education Joins Money Management International

FORT WAYNE, Ind., Nov. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- FinancialHope Counseling and Education (FinancialHope), previously Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Northeastern Indiana, a community-based nonprofit credit counseling agency, announced today its decision to join the Money Management International (MMI) team; the nation's largest nonprofit full-service credit counseling agency.

FinancialHope has been providing financial education services, including credit counseling and coaching, debt management assistance, and community financial education programs for local Indiana residents since 1965.  Over the years, the financial educators at FinancialHope have assisted nearly one hundred thousand individuals and families overcome the burden of debt through repayment programs resulting in more than $102 million of outstanding debt.

The agency will maintain its membership with the National Foundation for Credit Counseling and its certification as a quality service provider by the Counsel on Accreditation.
