STAMFORD, Conn., June 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- MKM Partners today announced that Sagar Sheth has joined as Managing Director of Research Sales. Sagar will open and run the Chicago office and will work to expand the firm's institutional research, sales and trading product offerings in the Midwest.
Sagar previously served as Director in Deustche Bank's Global Markets Division where he was a top ranked Institutional Equities Salesperson covering clients across the Midwest region and abroad. He has a broad background in business development and has built a vast network of executives that stretches across the globe. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Sagar spent four years at UBS Investment Bank in the Equities Group. Sagar also held positions as an Associate Quantitative Equities Analyst at UBS Global Asset Management and as a Business Analyst in Risk Management at Morgan Stanley's Discover Financial Services Division.
In his personal time, Sagar gives back to the community as an Adjunct Professor for IIT Stuart School of Business teaching a course on Investment Banking, Global Markets, and Hedge Funds. Sagar is also an active supporter of non-profit organizations such as the Israel Idonije Foundation, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Foundation for Educating Children with Autism.
