First Official WELL Multifamily Residential Certified™ Building in the World is Manhattan's 21W20 Luxury Condominium

NEW YORK, April 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- 21W20, a new luxury condominium in the heart of the Flatiron District in New York City, today was announced as the world's first residential project to be independently certified under the official WELL Building Standard™ (WELL), which focuses on enhancing occupants' health and well-being through the built environment. The announcement was made by the International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI™), the public benefit corporation that administers WELL.
