First Potomac Realty Trust Appoints Tricia Moore As Senior Vice President, Investments And Portfolio Management
BETHESDA, M.D., Oct. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- First Potomac Realty Trust (NYSE:FPO), a leading owner and operator of office and business park properties in the greater Washington, D.C. region, today announced the appointment of Tricia Moore as the Senior Vice President, Investments and Portfolio Management, effective October 18, 2016. In her role, Ms. Moore will implement the company's property investment strategy, including all dispositions and acquisitions. Ms. Moore will also support the execution of the company's strategic initiatives at the property level to maximize asset value.

Ms. Moore most recently served as a Vice President in the Realty Management Division of Goldman Sachs, where she was responsible for overseeing the Washington, D.C. regional office with primary responsibilities including asset management and acquisitions of office and industrial product in East Coast markets. She joined Goldman Sachs as a member of Archon Group in 2002, and has held many roles within the firm related to asset management and investment for multiple divisions of Goldman Sachs. Tricia previously served as a Research Analyst at CoStar Group, a Project Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle and an Environmental Scientist with Environmental Strategies Corporation. Ms. Moore graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Science from Allegheny College. In 2008, she received her M.S. in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University.
