SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Nov. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Axon (Nasdaq: AAXN), the global leader in connected law enforcement technologies, today announced the purchase of 100 Axon Fleet in-car video systems by the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD), 600 systems by Fort Worth Police Department (FWPD) and a full deployment of 1,600 systems to Louisiana State Police (LSP). FWPD and NOPD, both members of Major Cities Chiefs (MCC), placed orders in Q1 and Q2 respectively, with systems shipping in multiple phases through 2018. The order for LSP, a state and provincial agency, was placed in Q3 and will ship in segments in Q4 2017 and Q4 2018.

Axon has received more than 200 orders for Axon Fleet since its launch in Q2, 2017.
