FirstService Residential debuts Los Angeles episode of Skyline Sessions

Industry leaders examine how Los Angeles' climate, neighborhoods, and service culture are creating a distinctly local model for elevated vertical living.

DANIA BEACH, Fla., October 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- FirstService Residential, North America's leading residential property management company, today released the Los Angeles episode of Skyline Sessions, featuring insights from leaders in development, architecture, design, and property management.

Skyline Sessions brings together experts from across the luxury residential sector to explore the trends, ideas, and innovations shaping high-rise communities throughout North America. Each episode spotlights a different market, offering local perspectives on the opportunities, challenges, and evolving expectations influencing luxury residential living today.

The Los Angeles episode features Mike Leipart, co-founder and managing principal, Redeavor; Yu-Ming Wei, AIA, principal, HED; Tiffany Hannah, executive vice president, High-Rise, FirstService Residential California; Sebastian Salvadó, creative director, partner, RIOS.

The conversation explores Los Angeles' distinctive approach to luxury high-rise development, where world-class design, hospitality-inspired service, and wellness-focused amenities shape the resident experience.

The group discusses how the LA's near-perfect weather supports seamless year-round indoor-outdoor living and how walkable neighborhoods provide access to desirable dining, shopping and cultural destinations. The episode also looks behind the scenes at the role of proactive property management, personalized service and intuitive technology in strengthening a building's long-term value and reputation.

"Exceptional service is about the things you don't see but unconsciously feel," said Tiffany Hannah, executive vice president of FirstService Residential's High-Rise Division in California. "That can include the scent as you walk into the lobby, the greeting, the body language, the posture and the professionalism of the staff. It's about how the space makes you feel, not just how it looks."

By focusing on the details residents experience every day, the Los Angeles conversation reveals how distinctive properties build lasting value, strengthen their reputations, and foster meaningful connections.

The new episode is available now at skylinesessions.com.
