FirstService Residential expands into Colorado with Reverie at Looking Glass community

DENVER, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- FirstService Residential, North America's leading property management company, has been selected to provide management services for Reverie at Looking Glass, a new single-family home community in Parker, Colorado. This milestone marks the company's official expansion into the Colorado market.

Developed by Dream Finders Homes, Reverie at Looking Glass is an age-targeted, active lifestyle community featuring 450 single-family homes at full buildout. The community is currently under construction, with initial home sales anticipated this summer and first closings expected later this year.

While not age-restricted, the community is thoughtfully designed with the needs and preferences of active adult homeowners in mind.

FirstService Residential will provide full-service community association management, including financial management, governance support, and day-to-day operations. The company will also hire a full-time, on-site general manager to support the community from the early stages to developer turnover.

The selection builds on FirstService Residential's existing relationship with Dream Finders Homes, including multiple Reverie communities currently under management in Florida. As Dream Finders Homes expands its footprint nationwide, FirstService Residential continues to support their vision with scalable expertise and local market insight.
