Fischer Homes Names Jason Finch President as Home Builder Positions for Continued Growth

Longtime executive will oversee homebuilding operations across the company's 11-market footprint

ERLANGER, Ky., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Fischer Homes has named Jason Finch president as the privately held home builder positions its operations for continued growth across the Midwest and Southeast.

The move separates the president and chief operating officer roles into two distinct positions, part of a broader leadership structure designed to support the company's plans for significant growth in the years ahead. With approximately 800 associates and homebuilding operations in 11 markets, Fischer Homes is strengthening its leadership structure to support greater alignment, operational consistency, and long-term expansion. In his new role, Finch will oversee the execution of the company's homebuilding strategy across its growing market footprint. Jay Smith will continue to serve as chief operating officer, a role he has held since 2023.

As president, Finch will focus on aligning operations across the company's divisions, strengthening collaboration among key business functions and developing the leadership and infrastructure needed to support long-term growth.
