The 2025 list is based on an analysis of approximately 60,000 companies and their hybrid job posting histories in the FlexJobs database between September 1, 2024, and August 31, 2025. The featured companies are recognized for having the highest volume of hybrid job openings over the last year and are considered strong prospects for job seekers. 

FlexJobs defines a "hybrid job" as a professional-level, full-time role that consists of remote and in-office work. Examples of hybrid work arrangements may include:

• A set number of remote and in-office days each week
• Primarily remote schedules with occasional on-site requirements
• Primarily in-office schedules with limited remote flexibility

Top 100 Companies for Hybrid Work in 2025

FlexJobs' 2025 Top 100 Hybrid Companies list welcomed 60 newcomers, including Lockheed Martin, which also secured the number one spot for the highest volume of hybrid job postings. Elevance Health, Sargent & Lundy, Huntington National Bank, and Verizon rounded out the top five.

Top Career Fields for Hybrid Work in 2025

The top career categories for hybrid work are ranked by the total number of hybrid jobs posted in FlexJobs' database between September 1, 2024, and August 31, 2025.

Project management was named the leading career field for hybrid work in 2025. The category more than doubled in its growth of hybrid job postings within FlexJobs' database. Notably, the category outpaced computer and IT and operations, which each grew upwards of 30% to secure the number one spot. 

Although slightly lower in the total volume of hybrid job postings, fields like sales, administration, and business development showed continued growth. Accounting and finance remained steady in the level of hybrid jobs over the past year, while engineering scaled enough to break into the top 10. 

In-Demand Job Titles for Hybrid Work in 2025 

The most in-demand hybrid job titles companies hired for in 2025 were:

Building on momentum from past years' Top 100 Hybrid Companies lists, hybrid job opportunities continue to be available across industries and career levels. In 2025, experienced-level roles made up 68% of openings, while manager (16%) and senior manager-level jobs (9%) accounted for a quarter of postings. Entry-level roles represented the remaining 7%.
