Flexpoint Announces Sale of ArtesRx to Linden Capital Partners

CHICAGO, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Flexpoint Ford ("Flexpoint"), a specialist private equity investment firm focused on financial services and adjacent verticals, announced today the successful exit of its investment in ArtesRx, LLC ("ArtesRx" or the "Company") to Linden Capital Partners.

ArtesRx was established in 2023 by Flexpoint Ford and Dom Meffe, then a Senior Advisor to Flexpoint, to acquire, scale and support pharmacy businesses that serve complex patient populations. Over the course of the partnership, Flexpoint worked closely with management to recruit and build a seasoned executive leadership team, strengthen the Company's sales infrastructure to drive organic growth, and establish an internal M&A engine focused on acquiring complementary businesses. Through this combined organic and acquisition-driven strategy, ArtesRx expanded from three pharmacies predominately serving patients in one state to 16 pharmacies serving patients in 15 states.
