Reema Ishteiwy, MD, PhD Joins Statewide Practice

FORT MYERS, Fla., Aug. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC (FCS) is pleased to announce that radiation oncologist Reema Ishteiwy, MD, PhD has joined its team of cancer experts providing specialized treatment to patients at the Radiation Oncology Center at Sarasota Memorial Hospital's Brian D. Jellison Cancer Institute. She joins FCS board-certified radiation oncologists Kunal Saigal, MD, medical director of the Radiation Oncology Center, Matthew C. Biagioli, MD, MS and John Bollinger, MD.

Dr. Ishteiwy earned her medical degree and a doctorate in molecular and cellular pharmacology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed residency training in radiation oncology at the University of Louisville Medical School in Kentucky. She has been actively involved in clinical research, with a focus on prostate and gynecologic cancers.
