Florida Hotels Scheduled for Auction in Mid-April

TULSA, Okla., March 29 /PRNewswire/ -- National Commercial Auctioneers, LLC, (www.natcomauctions.com) announces the absolute auction of three hotels in Florida on April 19 and 20, which means they will trade to the highest bidder, according to Stephen Karbelk, CAI, AARE, President and Founder of National Commercial Auctioneers, a Tulsa-based commercial real estate auction company.

On April 19, National Commercial Auctioneers will sell the 225-room, full service Ramada Plaza located in Winter Haven, Fla.  As the former spring training home of the Boston Red Sox, this exceptional property has extensive support amenities with more than 5,000 square feet of meeting space. Other amenities include a heated outdoor pool, business center, fitness center, and a full service restaurant.

This hotel is a well-positioned hospitality facility in the established Florida tourist and retirement destination of Winter Haven, which is strategically located halfway between Orlando and Tampa. 

On April 20, National Commercial Auctioneers will sell two hotels located in Pensacola, Fla., that are side-by-side for one bid – and all to the highest bidder!  The properties include a 122-room Baymont Inn and a former Clarion that has 152 rooms.  

"Both properties are visible and have immediate highway access for I-10 travelers," notes Stephen Kaler, Regional Vice President and Florida Broker managing the sale.  "Being within 5 miles of the airport, and so well located, an experienced buyer is going to be able turn these properties into very profitable operations." 

National Commercial Auctioneers will also be selling other hotels at auction over the next two months, including a 201-room Holiday Inn in Sheffield, Ala., a 139-room hotel in Stillwater, Okla., a 138-room hotel in Ponca City, Okla., and a 70-room limited service hotel in Seymour, Ind.
