FON Advisors Announces Formation of FON Corporate Finance, LLC
New entity to deliver corporate advisory services to the ADG market
MCLEAN, Va., April 16, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- David Walsh, Managing Partner of FON Advisors, LLC, announced today the formation of FON Corporate Finance, LLC ("FON CF"). With an initial focus on the Aerospace, Defense & Government Industry ("ADG"), this new entity will provide professional, strategic, and financial advisory services associated with Sell Side M&A Advisory, Buy Side M&A Support, Corporate Divestitures, Management, ESOP & Leveraged Buyouts, and Debt & Equity Recapitalizations. FON CF will also provide guidance for companies new to the capital markets, assist in finding additional capital sources, and facilitate capital structure improvement. The FON CF leadership team has experience with hundreds of prior ADG engagements, helping clients prepare for strategic initiatives such as recapitalization, debt restructuring, business expansion, liquidity creation, sale of a business, ownership succession, and management transition.
FON CF will be managed by Jason R. Frank as Chief Executive Officer. Frank joined FON Advisors in March 2020 and is a specialist in investment banking, strategy, and corporate finance with extensive corporate M&A experience. Frank has significant expertise in assessing going concern enterprise values and has assisted hundreds of companies in finding equity and debt financing for growth, leveraged buyouts, and various other refinance purposes.

FON CF will focus on small and middle-market companies headquartered in the U.S., as well as larger companies wishing to acquire, merge or divest divisions. FON CF prefers transactions ranging from $20 million to $250 million but will consider transactions outside of this range. The Company will draw upon the platform of advisory services currently being provided by the broader FON Advisors organization to the ADG market including Management Consulting; Investment Banking; Valuation Advisory; and Investing.
The Company plans to be industry-agnostic in the long term, leveraging team experience in retail, consumer products, manufacturing, healthcare, business and professional services, financial services, automotive, energy, and technology.
