FON Advisors Expands Leadership Team With New Hires

MCLEAN, Va., April 16, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- David Walsh, Managing Partner of FON Advisors, LLC ("FON"), announced that Jason R. Frank and Cameron Hamilton have joined the FON team.

Jason R. Frank will be President of FON Advisors, LLC and Chief Executive Officer of FON Corporate Finance, LLC. In these roles, Frank will be responsible for the strategy, growth, and operational and financial performance of the firm. Frank is a specialist in investment banking, strategy, and corporate finance, with extensive corporate mergers and acquisitions experience. Frank has significant expertise in assessing going concern enterprise values and has assisted hundreds of companies in finding equity and debt financing for growth, leveraged buyouts, and various other refinance purposes.

Cameron Hamilton will be a Managing Director of FON Corporate Finance, LLC. In this role, Hamilton will be responsible for ADG transactional advisory services and business and strategic development as FON continues to expand its advisory services to investment banking clients who are seeking strategic solutions such as merger and acquisitions, recapitalization, debt restructuring, management and ESOP buyouts, capital for business expansion, ownership succession, and management transition. Hamilton was previously a Senior Managing Director and Partner at The McLean Group since 2001 and has been involved in more than 75 successful sell- and buy-side M&A and capital formation engagements.
