Air Force veteran recognized for values-driven leadership, national franchise growth and community impact

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Footprints Floors founder and CEO Bryan Park has been named one of the Denver Business Journal's Most Admired CEOs of 2026, recognizing his leadership within the company, the flooring industry and the communities Footprints Floors serves.

Since founding Footprints Floors in 2008, Park has grown the company from a local flooring installation business in Colorado into a national franchise system with more than 150 territories across the country. His approach to leadership has been shaped in part by his service in the U.S. Air Force and centers on integrity, follow-through, service and creating opportunities for others to succeed.

Park founded Footprints Floors during the 2008 financial crisis after identifying an opportunity to bring greater transparency and reliability to the flooring industry. He built the company around quality craftsmanship, clear communication and fair pricing, while creating a lower-overhead model focused on professional installation rather than traditional showrooms and material inventory.

Customers select and purchase materials from the vendor of their choice, while Footprints Floors manages the installation process.

Park began franchising the concept in 2013, building a system that provides local business owners with training, technology, marketing resources and operational support while allowing them to remain closely connected to the communities they serve. As the network has expanded, Footprints Floors has continued investing in the tools, partnerships and resources designed to help franchise owners build sustainable local businesses.

Community involvement has also remained a central part of Park's leadership. He established the First Fruits Fund, through which Footprints Floors pledges a portion of corporate profits to nonprofit organizations. The company also holds an annual First Fruits Service Day, bringing employees together to volunteer with organizations serving their communities.

Park and his wife also co-founded Joyful Light, a nonprofit Christian youth theater organization that provides young people with a faith-based environment to gather, grow and give through the performing arts. Footprints Floors supports the organization through volunteer work as well as assistance with set design, sound and lighting.

Beyond Footprints Floors, Park serves on the National Wood Flooring Association Board of Directors, contributing to industry education and professional standards. As an Air Force veteran, he has also supported veteran entrepreneurship through a 10% discount on the initial Footprints Floors franchise fee for qualified veterans.
