For the Fourth Year in a Row, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Ranked Highest in Retail Credit-Luxury Captive in the J.D. Power U.S. Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study(SM)
Dealers rank company top captive, as well as highest in each of the four factors
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Aug. 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC has been ranked highest in the just-released J.D. Power 2018 U.S. Dealer Financing Satisfaction StudySM in the category of Retail Credit-Luxury Captive. The study measures dealer satisfaction with auto financing providers for both wholesale as well as retail offerings and services. Strong, trusted relationships between dealers and the company's retail credit, funding and field sales teams were driving factors in this year's results.

The 2018 U.S. Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study is based on responses from 4,476 automotive dealers. The study was fielded in April and May 2018.
Earning a total score of 976, on a 1,000-point scale, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services increased its score by four points from 2017 to maintain the top position in the Retail Credit segment for the fourth consecutive year. The company is the highest ranked captive provider in each of the four factors that comprise the overall satisfaction score, including: provider offerings; application/approval process; relationship and lease return.
The company continued to move in a positive direction in the Floor Plan category as well. Mercedes-Benz Financial Services improved its already high score of 986 in 2017 to earn a score of 989 this year, and rank second among captive and non-captive floor plan providers.
