For Third Year In A Row, Brookfield SoCal Wins Eliant Award For Outstanding Customer Experience
COSTA MESA, Calif., March 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- For the third year in a row, Brookfield Residential Southern California has won the Eliant Homebuyers' Choice Award for outstanding purchase experience. The first-place award went to Brookfield SoCal in the top category of high-volume builders (over 250 sales in 2015). The award was part of the 20th annual Eliant competition, with winners based on more than 86,000 surveys administered to all recent home owners from over 148 major homebuilders across the U.S. and Canada.
Eliant is the customer experience management company that has been surveying buyers of new homes for over 32 years. The surveys measure home buyers' satisfaction in six key areas: Purchase Experience, Design Selection Experience, Construction Experience, First-Year Customer Service Experience, First-Year Quality, and Highest Percent of Sales from Referrals.
