FordDirect Thanks Valerie Fuller For Her Leadership
DEARBORN, Mich., July 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Chief Executive Officer of FordDirect, Mike Jurecki, announced today that after 11 years of service and leadership on the FordDirect executive team, Chief Operating Officer, Valerie Fuller, will be resigning to pursue other opportunities effective Sept. 1.
During her tenure at FordDirect, Valerie played a leadership role in almost every area of the business, including operations, product development, marketing and sales, customer support, analytics, and technology. She also served as interim chief executive officer for the first half of 2016.
"In addition to building a strong product portfolio to lead Ford Motor Co. and dealers in the retail digital space, Valerie has helped cultivate important relationships with our Ford and dealer customers," Jurecki said. "Her strong leadership has positioned FordDirect for continued success long into the future. We are truly grateful for her many years of service."
Valerie helped FordDirect grow from a startup to a company with over 200 employees and a comprehensive digital portfolio of over 20 products that helped Ford and Lincoln dealers sell nearly one million vehicles last year.

In 2016, FordDirect has already doubled the number of digital performance managers in the field who work with Ford and Lincoln dealers to enhance digital performance and help them sell and service more cars and trucks.
