Former Acting Lt. Gov. Mona Pasquil Joins Census Bureau Director to Honor 2010 Census Student Public Service Announcements

What: California former acting Lt. Gov. Mona Pasquil and U.S. Census Bureau Director Robert M. Groves will honor students at Crenshaw High School in Los Angeles for their work on 2010 Census public service announcements (PSAs). Students at the Crenshaw Media Academy created the PSAs to highlight the importance of everyone, especially the youth, being counted in the 2010 Census. Dominique DiPrima from KJLH FM-102.3 will serve as emcee. Both Pasquil and Groves will be available to the media before the program. Students, teachers and parents will be available following the awards.
