Former Top Competition Bureau Prosecutor Guy Pinsonnault joins McMillan

Mr. Pinsonnault will also be co-located in the firm's Montreal office and he will spend a significant amount of time to enhance the firm's strong competition presence in Québec.

Mr. Pinsonnault brings more than 30 years criminal law experience to his new role at McMillan. Since 2004, he acted as General Counsel at the Competition Section of the Public Prosecution Service of Canada - the most senior prosecutor at the Competition Bureau. In that role, he focused on criminal matters involving both domestic and international cartels as well as fraudulent telemarketing cases.
