Fort Lincoln New Town Corporation And The Concordia Group In Conjunction With Buvermo Investments, Inc. Announce A Venture To Complete Development Of A 236-Unit Class A Apartment Project In Fort Lincoln New Town In Washington, DC.

"Since 2002, we have worked with The Concordia Group to complete the development of  the Fort Lincoln community," said Michele Hagans of Fort Lincoln New Town Corporation. "To build a Class A apartment complex as one of the final components is especially  gratifying since it completes the community of townhomes, senior living and shopping  enjoyed by all Fort Lincoln residents."

The 4- to 5-story project will be built adjacent to a green forested buffer.   It will include parking under the building and a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga room, co-working lounge, conference  room  facilities, resident lounge, rooftop lounge, dog washing station and a 10,000-sf private landscaped courtyard.
