CHAMBERSBURG, Pa., April 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Franklin Financial Services Corporation declared a $0.21 per share regular cash dividend for the second quarter of 2016. This compares to a $0.19 per share regular cash dividend for the second quarter of 2015, representing a 10.5% increase. Total cash dividends paid during the first two quarters of 2016 will be $0.40 per share compared to $0.36 per share in 2015, an increase of 11.1%.
The regular quarterly cash dividend will be paid on May 25, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 6, 2016.
