(NYSE: FSB), the parent company of Franklin Synergy Bank, today announced that it has been named to the Sandler O'Neill + Partners 2017 Bank & Thrift Sm-All Stars, the second consecutive year the Company has been included on the list.  The Sandler O'Neill 2017 Sm-All Stars is a group of 29 public banks and thrifts that have a market capitalization below $2.5 billion.  Sandler O'Neill's screening methodology examined growth, profitability, credit quality and capital strength and eliminated 375 institutions, or 93% of banks and thrifts with market capitalizations below $2.5 billion that trade on a major exchange.
