A seasoned veteran of the Aerospace and Defense industry, Dr. Metwalli will leverage his decades of leadership experience in international operations, business development, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions to further expand and strengthen Frazier's position as an industry-leading military aerospace supplier.

Dr. Metwalli brings wide-ranging executive leadership experience with some of the world's leading aerospace and defense companies, including a long tenure of over 35 years with Lockheed Martin, First Aviation Services, Inc. and Kellstrom Defense. Most recently, he served as Vice Chairman and President of Dynatech International, a global defense aftermarket supply chain management company where he played a key role in the company's transformative growth by forging strategic partnerships, spearheading business development initiatives, and driving mergers and acquisitions. At Lockheed Martin, he held several senior executive roles managing large-scale global initiatives and joint ventures around the world. Dr. Metwalli also oversaw business development and OEM distribution functions at Kellstrom Defense and served as COO of First Aviation Services.
