During the webinar, Mangum will share research she conducted by interviewing 120 real estate professionals. Half were very successful and half were less successful. "I was looking for behaviors that might account for success or lack of success," said Mangum, whose business specializes in coaching and training real estate professionals.

"What I discovered was it did not matter their age, personality traits or if they were an introvert versus an extrovert," she said.
