Freedom Debt Relief Promotes Jason Pack to Senior Vice President of Operations

In his new position, Pack will be responsible for customer service, payment operations, settlement negotiations and underwriting. Based in FDR's Tempe, Arizona, office, he will manage the company's fast-growing operations. FDR recently became the first company in its industry to surpass the $7 billion mark in total consumer debt resolved, and continues to grow at nearly 50 percent year over year. Founded in 2002, the company has helped more than 450,000 people get out of debt.

Pack previously served as FDR's vice president of client experience, a position he held since joining the company in 2015. Before then, he was vice president of call center operations for ServiceMaster in Memphis, and vice president of global call center operations for Dollar Financial Group Global Corporation in Salt Lake City. Earlier in his career, he was a senior operations manager for Discover Card in West Valley City, Utah.

Pack holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Phoenix.
