Freeway Insurance Promotes Alex Trachtman to Chief Administrative Officer

BUENA PARK, Calif., June 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Freeway Insurance, a leading California provider of non-standard auto insurance and a subsidiary of New York-based Confie Seguros, announced today the promotion of Alex Trachtman to Chief Administrative Officer from his previous position as Chief Financial Officer. Replacing Mr. Trachtman as CFO is Robert Trebing, a senior executive with comprehensive financial management experience.

In his new role, Mr. Trachtman will oversee all administrative areas at the company's locations in Buena Park, California and Tijuana, Mexico, including Quality Control, Customer Processing, Customer Service, Human Resources, IT, Purchasing, and Fraud Prevention.

"For the past four years, Alex has been an instrumental member of our executive management team, leading our Accounting and Finance Department through the many changes necessary as we evolve from 19 sales offices to over 220 offices nationally," said Joe Waked, Chief Operating Officer of Freeway Insurance.
