PHILADELPHIA, April 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- FS Investment Corporation (NYSE: FSIC) announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of $275 million in aggregate principal amount of its 4.750% unsecured notes due 2022. The notes will mature on May 15, 2022 and may be redeemed in whole or in part at FSIC's option at any time at par plus a "make-whole" premium, if applicable. The offering is expected to close on April 30, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for this offering.
FSIC expects to use the net proceeds of this offering to repay outstanding indebtedness.
