FTI Consulting Announces Key Appointments to Its Strategic Communications Segment

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Dec. 17, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN), the global business advisory firm dedicated to helping organizations protect and enhance their enterprise value,  today announced that Edward J. Reilly has been appointed Global Chief Executive Officer and Geoffrey Pelham-Lane has been appointed Global President of FD, the firm's strategic communications segment. The appointments mark a significant development in the growth of FTI's global operations, and will take effect on 1.1.11.

As Global CEO, Reilly will assume leadership for the strategic communications segment, with responsibilities including leading international client and business development.  He will also coordinate the continued integration of the segment within FTI Consulting globally.

As Global President, Pelham-Lane will assume leadership responsibility for FD's various businesses around the world and will oversee the development and growth of the segment's global and diverse team of senior communications advisors.

Reilly and Pelham-Lane will join FTI's Executive Committee, which is comprised of the segment leaders and the heads of key corporate support functions.
