Aurora Casket Expert Lacy Robinson Set to Offer Continuing Education Tour in Kentucky
FRANKFORT, Ky., Aug. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Funeral directors throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky will be offered an opportunity to earn continuing education credits as leading funeral services Senior Professional Development Trainer Lacy Robinson of Aurora Casket will be touring the state throughout the fall. The Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky announced Robinson will be touring Kentucky offering a continuing education presentation called "Rethink and Retool for Real Results." Robinson's presentation will explore the key issues facing funeral directors today, and prompt those in attendance to rethink and retool how they currently communicate with families. Those in attendance will learn practical and proven strategies in better communicating with families through a series of hands on skill practices and lively discussions. Robinson will speak on how to make the arrangement conference of today work more effectively for the funeral director.

"Once you understand what communication styles to expect with different generations, you are better equipped to make valuable connections with the families." Robinson will also discuss cremation phone inquiries, the cremation arrangement conference and how to present cremation packages to ensure that funeral directors can best meet families' cremation needs.
