OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., May 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Gardner Tanenbaum Holdings (GTH) is expanding Britton Road Commerce Park with the addition of a new manufacturing plant for Corken, Inc. With ShurTech already on site, the first phase of the 104-acre complex is nearly completed. The park was designed with the goal of establishing a multi-usage industrial, warehouse and distribution center.
GTH is currently developing a brand new 156,000 square foot facility for Corken, Inc., a unit of IDEX. Corken will utilize the conditioned space for office and manufacturing which will allow the company to better serve and grow its customer base and provide its workforce upgraded facilities and equipment. The project, located 9201 I-35 Service Road, is expected to be completed in late 2019.
