Gavial Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. to Offer ITC Transducers
SANTA BARBARA, Calif., May 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Gavial Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates are pleased to announce the acquisition of International Transducer Corp. ("ITC") from Channel Technologies Group, LLC ("CTG"). Through this acquisition, Gavial Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. now owns all design information, manufacturing know-how and critical equipment required to deliver all legacy ITC Transducer models. Gavial will sell the ITC product line under the name Gavial ITC. Manufacturing will remain in place at the ITC facility in Santa Barbara, CA.
In addition to being the sole source for ITC Transducers, Gavial ITC will support customers in the undersea warfare, oil and gas markets. Services include design, manufacturing and testing of acoustic sensors, including piezoelectric transducers, sonar arrays and associated hardware.
Gavial ITC is led by industry veterans Brent Febo, Director of Business Development; Bob Pino, Lead Engineer and Pablo Cansino, Mechanical Technician. They join an award-winning supplier with nearly four decades of exceptional service to industries that require mission-critical equipment with the highest levels of workmanship and quality.
