LAS VEGAS, Jan. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Gavish Real Estate, Southern Nevada's largest independent real estate brokerage, has opened a new real estate office in Pahrump, NV, the largest town in Nye County. The "Gateway to Adventure" has seen its borders expand significantly as second-home buyers have taken advantage the region's highly attractive cost of living and abundant recreation opportunities.

In recent years, foreign, luxury homebuyers targeted Las Vegas. However, savvier second-home buyers saw beyond the Strip, realizing that much of the same benefits of living in Las Vegas could be realized for less money while owning more acreage and square footage. Pahrump is 60 miles northwest and "over the hump" from Las Vegas.
