PLANO, Texas, Feb. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- GENBAND™, a leading provider of real-time communications solutions today announced that Max, Bulgaria's first provider of 4G LTE mobile services, has selected fring™ white label Telecom OTT solution,  powered by Kandy™, to launch its next generation Voicer app.
