General Contractor RCC Associates Begins 2014 With Over $45 Million in New Restaurant Projects

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., Feb. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- RCC Associates, rated #1 in a 2013 ranking of the top Women-Owned Businesses in South Florida, has begun the new year with a flurry of new construction contracts—including nearly 20 new restaurant projects to be built from Miami to Texas.

RCC President and CEO Beverly Raphael said her firm, which completed 84 construction assignments for restaurants, retail and hospitality in 2013, is enjoying its biggest start of the year as the country is tracking for a 2014 boost in new retail and restaurant starts.

The Restaurant Performance Index (RPI), which is a monthly composite index tracking the state of the industry and outlook predictions, shows an optimistic 2014 and better growth year for the foodservice industry.
